ingrown facial hair and acute dandruff

Dr. Alex, I have currently been experiencing facial hair under my chin for the last four years, it began when I was pregnant with my daughter and has not left. I never had it before what can I do to have my hormones go back to normal. My second question is I have been experience very bad dandruff to the point of pus coming out when i scratch to hard do you know what that could possibly be? Thank you
