I took DHEA supplement and am thinning big time
I ordered from Swanson Vitamin DHEA and did not see in small print could cause hair loss.I am almost 60 and had a great head of hair and now after 80 days at 25 mg's, it is thinning.I stop the product 2 months ago but I think it has triggered either mpb or diffuse alopecia. I once was on hormones and had electroysis and see that there is even some increased facial hairs.Would sprironolactone be helpful.I am kind of freaked out.DHEA should be banned. Who knew?
