Dear Dr. Robert M. Bernstein Is Finpecia influencing the liver? I'm asking the question because I'm gaining alot weight(about 10Kg) and the HDL & LDL becomes double. may it refer to Finpecia which produced by Cipla? it would be highly appreciated to reply me. Many thanks, Regards Vahid

In general, finasteride does not have liver toxicity. Be advised that there is no FDA approved generic form of Propecia in the US.
