slight Miniturization at temples and crown

Question

Is it safe to say that if I have some hairs minizurizing at the crown, and very slight recession from a teenage hairline at the temples I have MPB and should start a anti DHT treatment? I think my frontal hairline is just starting to recede very slightly. Im 23 and derms tell me its a mature hairline forming, and even women's hairlines change with age.

Dear Joe, From your description, it appears that you have MPB. Since this is the early stage of MPB, you should initiate an anti-DHT product like Propecia or Avodart or Revivogen to reverse the process early on.
