I just began growing my hair, I'am loosing about 50-70 hairs per day, in the shower specially. I don't have a receding hairline, but is this the beginning of baldness?, or is it normal to loose hair? If it is, how many hairs per day do we loose? Do they grow back? Thank your time

	Answer

Paul, You can loose 100-200 hairs per day. However, if there is a recession of the hairline or loss of density in the crown, this is male pattern hair loss which requires medical therapy (to stop the process) and a procedure (hair transplantation) to restore coverage to the area.
