Dietary Supplements
I once heard that Multivitamins could have a negative impact on hair (and loss thereof). I have been taking a dietary supplement shake (from GNC) and I wanted to make sure this would not impact my hair loss in any way. I am currently on Propecia.
Are either of these rumors/myths remotely valid to you knowledge?
Hello Doug,
Poor diet and nutrition can have a negative impact on hair growth, and good nutrition can aid healthy hair growth. Any supplement containing male hormone supplement will cause hair loss, but this is not a vitamen,
Keep taking the propecia,
Dr. Robert Jones
