What kind of results have you seen with patients on Dutasteride compared to Finasteride?

I don't have more than a handful of patients on Dutasteride, so it is difficult to say. I still have major concerns about its safety.
Why would you want to use dutasteride over propecia, given all of the unknown risks and unclear benefits with dutasteride?
