The last few years I have noticed a dramatic loss of hair on my legs. I am balding as well but I can deal with that problem more that the loss of hair on my legs. I was rather hairy before this happened. Is there some kind of treatment or something I can do to rectify this problem?

Dear Donald, Hair loss on the legs could be related to multiple problems including poor circulation to your legs, abrasion of hair by clothing and medication. I would recommend that you have a history and physical by your physician to rule these factors out. Best Regards, Alex Khadavi, MD
