Trichotillomania

I have suffered from trichotillomania for more than 10 years and have tried everything short of cosmetic surgery without success. At this time, I am currently researching an eyebrow transplant as an option and would like to know more about the transplant procedure. Thank you.

	Answer

Once your trichotillomania is under control (with medications and behavior-therapy), we can entertain the possibility of transplanting hair into the eyebrow area. If your treatments for trichotillomania are unsuccessful, you will likely pull out the transplants (not a good use of time or money). Are you on treatment currently? How long?
