Side effects using Minoxidil and Propecia/Avodart
I have been using Rogaine for five years in conjunction first with Propecia (finasteride) and for a year now with Avodart (dutasteride).The results are best than expected and I recovered about 60% of my hair. But I'm afraid that taking day after day those per os chemicals may have (and in fact they do have) side effects. Do you think using only minoxidil and stopping other chemicals will reduce or worst anihilate the efforts I put on resolving my problem. To make it crystal clear, using Avodart helped me regaining more hair but it also caused erectile dysfunction at a great lack of libido. May be it's better to keep my wife than my hair. Do you have a solution?
I would not recommend that you discontinue an anti-DHT treatment because over time the hair that you have regained will become finer and thinner again. I would recommend that you use another form of anti-DHT treatment like Revivogen so that the lack of libido will improve.
