how many mg. of saw palmetto equals the equivalent of finasteride? also, i thought it was wrong to block either dht I or II, because one of them is needed for aiding bones.

Dear Dan, There is no comparison study to measure the equivalent dose between these two products. Saw Palmetto has fatty acids that block both type I and type II 5 alpha reductase.
