Female hair thinning

Im 23 and have no family history of hair loss. But about 2 years ago I had dyed my hair 3 times in one day then I started realizing about a month later my hair started coming out. I normally have really wavy full hair and now my hair is real thin and brittle and breaks easy plus it keeps coming out and now you can see some of my scalp. Its keeps getting thinner and thinner. I was also checked for thyroids and came out normal so I dont understand. Can you tell me whats going on?
