Eyelash and eyebrow transplant

Is it possible to provide before and after photos of these procedures.I am interested to have this done as I have lost the outer third of my eyebrows due to longstanding hypothyroidism.My eyelashes are very short and sparse. Can eyelash transplants be performed to enhance short eyelashes or is this done only in cases of complete loss of eyelashes.
