my sister said that her scalp was tender and that it hurt i looked on her scalp and i found that she had like some pimple looking things on her scalp an they were bleeding she told me that five months ago and she had otten a perm and her hair ot brned and sh ended having to cut down her hair but the places that he has those pimple looking things is not the same place were she had los hair. can you help me?
