Leg hair loss 1
I have a concern about having lost the hair on most of my lower legs. I'm now losing it on the upper thigh area as well. I haven't worn tight pants for years and I rarely wear socks that are high enough to rub against my calves.
The skin is shiny and free of hair on my lower legs for the most part but there is hair still on other parts of my calves. There's still plenty of hair on my feet and toes too. Rubbing clothes can't be the only cause, what about circulation or a smoking habbit being the cause. Another question is if I were to use a hair treatment on my legs, would I see hair re-growth?
If so what do you recomenend? Is there any hope of ever having my bushy calves back? ;-)
Thanks
David
Dear David,
Circulation and diabetes are both big factors in hair loss on the extremities. Please give an additional description of your age and medical history so that I could answer your question better.
