Care for transplants
Dear Dr. KhadaviI am a 65 year old make in excellent health andjust received transplants 2 weeks ago. I am concerned about proper care of the transplants along with the continued care for my remaining hair. My hair loss pattern is a Bosely #6.I have been a Rogaine user since the product came out as a 2% solution and when it was available as a 5% solution.I did not see any major regrowth but I feel the it slowed my hair loss down. Now I want to be sure that I care for the transplants properly.ThanksLloyd Ward
Dear Lloyd,
Your hair transplant should be under the care of the surgeon that has performed the surgery. You need to have routine follow-up with the surgeon.
