If think that the main reason why I received injuries is simply because of how my body is. When I went for physical therapy they asked me if they used forceps to get me out of my mom when I was born because my body isn't balanced right or something. I also think that the fact that I really got into it (weightlifting, running) maybe had something to do with it as I may have overtrained. Or it could just be a combo of both.

James, how did you get so many injuries? I used to work out pretty hard core at one point. But I started slow and took it easy till my muscles got used to working out and it took me about 2 years, but I gained about 20 pounds of muscle in that time so it was well worth it. I had my odd strain and sprain here and there, but I always played it pretty carefully.

I don't know about the gyno, but I think you shouldn't shy away from working out the pects. More muscle will generally equate to more testosterone, which should help with that I would guess (but don't know for sure...).

I think it's great that you are working out, just take it nice and slow, and focus on form instead of weight. I'm sure you'll see results. But take care of those injuries first!
