It’s amazing how much of a difference some regular excercise can make to the way you look, and ultimately the way you feel. I’ve been working out regularly lately and I am starting to see some good results. Almost makes the hair loss a non-issue. Almost. If you look good in every other respect, and you feel good, then your confidence shows — regardless of your hair loss. I’ve got a friend who has shaved his hair completely off, but he projects confidence, and he has no problem meeting and hooking up with good looking, intelligent women.
If you’re reading this, and you’re not working out, pick up a book and learn how to setup a good manageable workout routine, get to it, and stick to it. Then stop thinking so much about your hair loss.
